First, we want to thank everyone for their continued support of House of Power Outreach and for following the safety guidelines we have implemented since reopening the church in June 2020. Recently, the mandates have changed since Governor Abbott issued an executive order lifting the statewide mask and social distancing mandate for Texas starting March 10, 2021. However our local government, the CDC, and other public health authorities have encouraged organizations to continue the requirement of face masks and social distancing in the fight over the pandemic.
We always put the safety of our congregation as a priority. The current safety guidelines followed have allowed us to hold services weekly on Sunday while protecting our members and the community. As of March 6, 2021, Williamson County is in the Red phase of community spread and Austin-Travis County is in Stage 4- Orange. Therefore, after prayer we do believe that given the area wide case numbers, low number of people vaccinated, and suggestions to organizations, that it would still be wise to continue the requirement of masks and social distance protocols.
We know God is faithful and much bigger than COVID or fear and that He will continue to protect our families and keep us safe. We really miss seeing everyone in person and giving hugs- but we know the season is approaching soon when that will be possible & that the victory over COVID is near. We look forward to the day when we can all be together again in person. May God continue to bless you and prosper your families.
Love,
Pastors Tory & Rita Gant

We are praying for everyone during these challenging times in our world and we know that God is faithful and we are in faith for a quick work of health and healing for everyone.
We also need to remember that God is much bigger than the coronavirus or fear. We continue to stand together in faith on the Word of God and His promises:
"Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God."Philippians 4:6 AMP
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."2 Timothy 1:7 NKJV
“You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.” Psalms 91:5-6 NKJV
“Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”Luke 10:19
We shall continue to pray over you and your family and our entire world. We know that God is powerful and faithful. We choose to meditate on His Word and we encourage you to do the same.
We love you and are expecting to see you soon.
